Directions Of Use

Shake well before use. Spray 10 times into your mouth. Swoosh the liquid around your gums and teeth and use your tongue to spread it around for 40 seconds. Do not swallow and do not rinse after use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use if seal is broken.
